OLABISI ONABANJO UNIVERSITY (OOU) ANNOUNCES 2024 END OF YEAR BREAK

Olabisi Onabanjo University has announced that it will be closing for the end-of-year break, commencing on Friday, December 20, 2024, and ending on Thursday, January 2, 2025.

According to a statement signed by the Deputy Registrar, Corporate Affairs Division, Wale Balogun, staff are expected to resume duties on Friday, January 3, 2025, at 8:00 a.m.

The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Ayodeji Agboola, has congratulated the university community on witnessing the year’s celebrations and commended them for their cooperation and support.

Prof. Agboola also advised everyone to continue imbibing the virtues of love, gratitude, and tolerance symbolized by the yuletide season.

Staff on essential duties are expected to be at their duty posts during the period.

The Vice-Chancellor wishes all members of the university community a joyous Christmas and a prosperous 2025 in advance.
