The removal of the disparity in payment of fees between staff and the public would enable the school to improve its revenue generation to sustain its expenses and run the school effectively.
However, to ensure timely and ease in payment of fees for staff children, the following rules and measures are to be strictly adhered to:
1. School fees must be paid within 3 weeks of school resumption for each term and should be paid in, or at most, in two (2) installments of 70%/30% through bank payments or direct deduction from salary of staff that has children in the school.
2. Any staff who fails to pay their children fees within the given period shall have the fees deducted in two (2) installments from their salaries.
3. Consent forms would be made available by the school for staff parents who wish for their children’s fees to be deducted from their salaries, starting from the upcoming academic year.
Furthermore, the Board has decided to explore partnerships with individuals or organisations to enhance transportation services for our pupils. This initiative is intended to improve the movement
and conveyance of our pupils to and from the university campus.
Your understanding and cooperation are highly appreciated as we implement these reforms.
