ESTABLISHMENT OF THE FACULTY OF EDUCATION AT AHMAN PATEGI UNIVERSITY, PATIGI, KWARA STATE

To facilitate a seamless commencement of the Faculty of Education at Ahman Pategi University, Patigi, Kwara State, the Chairman/Founder of the University, in his proactive approach, collaborated with the University Management and the National Universities Commission (NUC), a relevant Federal Government Agency. A sum of Fifteen Million, Seven Hundred Thousand Naira (N15,700,000) has been disbursed to the NUC as the mandatory fee for the Resource Assessment Visit to new academic programmes. This strategic move aims to enable the University to admit students aspiring to pursue these courses, filling the void left by the unavailability of such programs or limited space in other institutions.

This initiative supplements the existing array of courses offered at Ahman Pategi University, where students are currently enrolled in diverse programmes including:

• B.Sc. Accounting
• B.Sc. Computer Science
• B.Sc. Cyber Security
• B.Sc. Economics
• B.Sc. Entrepreneurship
• B.Sc. Forensic Science
• B.Sc. Taxation
• B.Sc. Industrial Chemistry
• B.Sc. International Relations
• B.Sc. Mass Communication
• B.Sc. Microbiology
• B.Sc. Physics with Electronics
• B.Sc. Plant Science and Biotechnology
• B.Sc. Software Engineering

The newly introduced programmes, slated for Resource Assessment and subsequent admission, within the Faculty of Education, are:
