ABUBAKAR TAFAWA BALEWA UNIVERSITY (ATBU) RELEASES INTRA UNIVERSITY TRANSFER FORM FOR THE 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION

Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi has released an internal memorandum approving the commencement of Change of Course Forms for the 2025/2026 academic session, following the directive of the Vice Chancellor. Sales will begin on 8th December 2025.

According to the memo signed by Y.M. Muhammad, Deputy Registrar, DVC Academics Office, candidates are expected to follow the guidelines strictly:

Candidates must seek advice from both the releasing and receiving Heads of Department before filling the form.

Change of course details form should be obtained from the Secretary, DVC Academic Office.

Candidates must attach their admission letter and second semester result, except those who deferred the semester.

Eligibility is limited to students with a CGPA between 0.25 and 1.80, excluding applicants into the College of Medical Sciences and Faculty of Veterinary Medicine.

Applicants are to pay N10,000 into the university account at TSB, Access Bank, First Bank or Zenith Bank.

Only forms obtained from the DVC Academics Office with attached Remita and original receipt will be accepted.

The memo has been circulated to all Deans, Centre Leader SPESSEGE, Secretary SRC, DR Academic Division, Chief Security Officer and other relevant offices, with copies sent to the Vice Chancellor, Registrar, and Bursar.
