UNIMAID ANNOUNCES 25TH COMBINED CONVOCATION AND GOLDEN JUBILEE CEREMONY
The University of Maiduguri (UNIMAID) has announced that its 25th Combined Convocation Ceremony and Golden Jubilee Celebration will take place on Friday, November 28, 2025, at the Convocation Square of the university.
According to the Office of the Registrar, all graduates of the 2021/2022, 2022/2023, and 2023/2024 sessions, including both postgraduate and undergraduate students, are required to collect their academic gowns at their respective Colleges and Faculties. Gown collection is subject to a non-refundable fee of ₦2,000, payable at the UNIMAID Microfinance Bank, and will commence from Monday, November 17, 2025.
The university described the occasion as a historic milestone, urging all eligible graduates to participate in the celebrations marking both academic achievement and the institution’s 50th anniversary.
