FEDERAL POLYTECHNIC OROGUN RELEASES ND FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME ADMISSION FORM FOR THE 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION

The Federal Polytechnic Orogun (FEPO), located in Orogun, Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta State, has announced the commencement of admissions into its National Diploma (ND) Full-Time and Part-Time programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session.

About the Institution

Federal Polytechnic Orogun, which commenced academic activities in 2023, is guided by the vision of becoming a leading institution of excellence that produces globally competitive and entrepreneurially grounded graduates.

Available Programmes

The institution offers twelve (12) NBTE-approved National Diploma programmes across three schools:

1. School of Applied Sciences

   • Computer Science

   • Hospitality & Tourism Management

   • Library & Information Science

   • Science Laboratory Technology

   • Statistics

2. School of Engineering Technology

   • Civil Engineering

   • Electrical/Electronics Engineering

   • Mechanical Engineering

3. School of Business Studies

   • Accountancy

   • Business Administration & Management

   • Marketing

   • Mass Communication

Admission Requirements

Full-Time ND Admission:

• Candidates must have sat for the 2025 JAMB UTME and scored a minimum of 100.

• Possession of at least five (5) credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings in WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, GCE O’Level, or TC II is required.

• Candidates who did not initially select the Polytechnic as their first choice are required to apply for a change of institution to FEPO on the JAMB portal.

Part-Time ND Admission:

• Candidates are not required to sit for the UTME.

• Applicants must possess a minimum of five (5) O’Level credit passes including English Language and Mathematics.

• Candidates who scored below 100 in the 2025 UTME can also apply.

• Applicants must register for part-time admission on JAMB CAPS through an accredited CBT centre.

Programme Duration

• Full-Time: 2 years (4 semesters)

• Part-Time: 3 years (6 semesters)

• Part-Time: ₦4,500
