SEGIO ONLINE SERVICES GIVES BACK TO LASU STUDENTS COMMUNITY WITH FREE LIDC ACCOUNT ACTIVATION

Lagos, Nigeria – In a heartwarming display of community service, Segio Online Services, a leading Online Payment and Registration Expert/Educational Consulting Firm has successfully hosted a free LIDC account activation and registration exercise for freshmen from all faculties of Lagos State University (LASU). The initiative, which took place via WhatsApp/Telegram on Monday, April 14, 2025, from 7:45am to around 11:00am on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, aimed to support new students by providing them with seamless access to LIDC services.

The LASU LIDC portal provides a centralised platform for students from all faculties, and staffs to access essential information and services conveniently. The online platform also offers transparency by giving students access to academic records, grades, and course materials using computers or mobile phones.

The exercise, which was part of Segio Online Services’ annual anniversary celebration held on April 1, 2025, benefited over 250 students who were either 100-level or 200-level direct entry students from all faculties of the university. The students, who were admitted for the 2024/2025 academic session, were able to access the free LIDC activation services, which helped those who couldn’t afford the Cafe registration costs or didn’t know how to register.

Segio Online Services’ gesture is a testament to the organization’s commitment to giving back to the LASU community. By providing this essential service free of charge, the organization has demonstrated its dedication to supporting students and fostering a positive relationship with the university community.
