HUSSAINI ADAMU FEDERAL POLYTECHNIC KAZAURE GETS NEW ACTING RECTOR
The Governing Council of Hussaini Adamu Federal Polytechnic Kazaure, Jigawa State, has appointed Dr. Sani Jibrin as the Acting Rector of the institution. This decision was made at an emergency meeting on April 9, 2025, and takes effect from April 10, 2025.

Dr. Jibrin’s appointment comes after the suspension of the substantive Rector, Dr. Sabo Wada Dutse, amidst an ongoing investigation by the Governing Council. The council has expressed confidence in Dr. Jibrin’s leadership abilities and commitment to excellence, expecting him to elevate the polytechnic’s standards.
As the current Deputy Rector, Dr. Jibrin is well-positioned to take on this new role. His academic and administrative experience will likely play a significant role in shaping the institution’s future.
Hussaini Adamu Federal Polytechnic Kazaure was established in 1991 and has since grown to become a reputable institution in Nigeria. The polytechnic offers various programs across four colleges: Engineering and Technology, Business and Management Studies, Islamic Studies and Legal Studies, and Agriculture.
