SHEHU SHAGARI UNIVERSITY OF EDUCATION (SSUES) ANNOUNCES SCREENING SCHEDULE FOR THE 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION

Shehu Shagari University of Education, Sokoto has issued detailed acceptance, screening and confirmation procedures for newly admitted candidates for the 2025/2026 academic session.

According to the Office of the Registrar, all fresh students are to begin their clearance by visiting the institution’s Students Portal via portal.ssues.edu.ng to check their admission status. After confirming admission, candidates are required to generate their Acceptance and Screening Invoice and proceed to make payment either by card or bank transfer.

Upon successful payment, candidates are to log in with their JAMB Registration Number to update their biodata, next of kin details, O’Level results and upload required documents including passport photograph and signature.

Students must print two copies of the biodata form and evidence of payment, then report to the designated venue for physical confirmation of admission.

At the venue, candidates must present originals and photocopies of primary school certificate, O’Level or A-Level results, birth certificate or declaration of age, indigene letter and any other relevant document. They are also expected to present both the candidate’s copy and institutional copy of their JAMB Admission Letter, alongside passport photographs.

The Registrar stressed that full compliance with these procedures is mandatory for successful confirmation of admission.
