LASU SETS CENTRAL ADMISSION SCREENING DATE FOR DIPLOMA APPLICANTS FOR THE 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION
The Lagos State University Management has introduced a new admission procedure for prospective students Diploma programmes for the 2025/2026 Academic Session, announcing that the screening exercise will now be conducted through a Computer-Based Test.
According to the directive issued via the Director of LASU Consult, the CBT is aimed at assessing applicants’ aptitude, and only candidates who sit for and pass the test will be considered for admission.
The University clarified that the new exercise completely replaces the earlier screening method that involved only the submission of credentials. Applicants have been advised to disregard the previous process, as it is no longer in effect.
The CBT has been scheduled for 27 November 2025, with the institution warning that failure to participate in the exercise will lead to forfeiture of admission. Candidates are urged to be punctual and fully prepared.
