RIVERS STATE UNIVERSITY (RSU) BEGINS CLEARANCE EXERCISE FOR FRESH STUDENTS FOR THE 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION
The management of Rivers State University (RSU), Nkpolu-Oroworukwo, Port Harcourt, has announced the schedule for the physical clearance of newly admitted candidates for the 2025/2026 academic session.
According to a statement signed by the Registrar, Mrs. Ibimonia B. S. Harry, the exercise will begin on Wednesday, November 5, and run through Friday, November 7, 2025, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. daily at the Information, Communication and Technology Centre (ICTC) of the university. The process will later continue at the various faculties.
All admitted candidates for Year One and Direct Entry are required to appear with their original credentials, including their JAMB admission letter, original JAMB result slip, accepted admission status on CAPS, O’Level certificates, birth certificate, local government identification letter, acceptance fee receipt, and other relevant printouts from the RSU student portal.
The university emphasized that only candidates who have accepted their admission offers are eligible for the clearance exercise.
