FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF MEDICAL AND HEALTH SCIENCES FUNTUA (FUMHSF) RELEASES ADMISSION FORM FOR THE 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION

The management of the Federal University of Medical and Health Sciences Funtua (FUMHSF), Katsina State, has announced the commencement of its online Post-UTME screening exercise for candidates seeking admission into the University for the 2025/2026 academic session.

According to an official statement signed by the Registrar, Dr. Muhammad Ali, the online screening will open on Tuesday, 21st October 2025, and close on Friday, 25th October 2025.

The exercise is strictly online, and no physical appearance at the University campus is required.

Screening Procedure

1. Visit the University admission portal: https://portal.fumhsf.edu.ng

2. Click on “Create New Account.”

3. Register with a valid email address and provide the required details.

4. Log in and follow on-screen prompts to complete your application.

5. Verify your JAMB Registration Number and personal details.

6. Generate and pay a non-refundable screening fee of ₦2,000 (bank charges exclusive) through Remita.

7. Complete the online screening form and upload your credentials.

8. Review your application, submit, and print your acknowledgement receipt.

9. Visit https://caps.jamb.gov.ng to ensure your O’ Level results have been uploaded.

Change of Programme

Candidates who scored 180 and above but did not meet the required cut-off mark of 200 or were unable to secure admission into their preferred programme due to limited space may be considered for other available programmes.
Such candidates are advised to log in to the JAMB portal to accept the change and finalize their admission process after the Post-UTME screening.
