NYSC OPENS PORTAL FOR BATCH ‘C’ 2025 SENATE LIST UPLOAD BY TERTIARY INSTITUTIONS

The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Directorate Headquarters has officially announced the commencement of the upload of Senate/Academic Board approved lists by tertiary institutions for the 2025 Batch ‘C’ mobilization exercise.

According to a circular signed by Mohammed Abdullahi Illo, Deputy Director (Mobilization), the NYSC portal will be open from Monday, 20th October to Friday, 24th October 2025, for Student Affairs Officers (SAOs) across all Corps Producing Institutions (CPIs) to upload the approved lists of eligible graduates.

Tertiary institutions have been strongly advised to ensure accuracy and thoroughness during the upload process, as requests for corrections will not be entertained after the submission window closes.

In addition, the submission of hard copies of the Senate/Academic Board approved lists will take place between Monday, 3rd and Friday, 7th November 2025, at the NYSC National Directorate Headquarters (NDHQ), Abuja. The exercise must be carried out in person by the SAO, as failure to comply may prevent affected graduates from completing online registration once the portal opens.

Each page of the hard copy submission is required to be stamped, signed, and duly indemnified by the institution’s Registrar to ensure authenticity and accountability.

The NYSC Directorate urged all tertiary institutions to strictly adhere to the given timelines and submission procedures to guarantee a smooth and transparent mobilization process for all eligible graduates nationwide.
