ANCHOR UNIVERSITY LAGOS (AUL) ANNOUNCES 2ND BATCH POST-UTME SCREENING EXERCISE FOR THE 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION
The management of Anchor University, Lagos has announced that the Second Batch Post-UTME Screening for the 2025/2026 academic session will hold on Tuesday, 9th September 2025, at the university campus.
The exercise is targeted at UTME and Direct Entry applicants who could not participate in the First Batch Screening. According to the university, the session will begin at 9:00 a.m. and will involve both an oral interview and document verification.
For applicants residing outside the Southwest region, an online screening option is available. Such candidates are required to send a formal request to screening@aul.edu.ng, providing their full name, WhatsApp number, course applied for, and residential address.
To qualify, candidates must have chosen Anchor University as their first choice in JAMB and scored at least 150 in the 2025 UTME. Applicants who did not select the institution initially are required to update their JAMB profile to make Anchor University their first choice.
The university reiterated that all applicants must meet its admission requirements, including a minimum of five O’Level credit passes in relevant subjects, not more than two sittings, and a minimum age of 16 years by 30th September 2025. Candidates awaiting O’Level results will not be admitted.
Candidates are expected to present both the originals and photocopies of key documents such as their WAEC/NECO results, JAMB result slip, application form, birth certificate or age declaration, and WAEC/NECO scratch cards.
Anchor University further cautioned that candidates who already participated in the First Batch Screening should not attempt to attend the second batch, as this will lead to automatic disqualification.
