This is to inform all candidates who:

- Scored 150 and above in the 2025 UTME (JAMB),
- Chose Federal University Otuoke (FUO) as their First Choice Institution, and
- Have purchased the FUO Post-UTME form,
that the 2025/2026 Admission Screening Exercise has been scheduled as follows:

All candidates are to bring the following:

- Original JAMB Result Slip
- Original O’Level Certificate(s)
- National Identification Number Slip
