AKWA IBOM STATE POLYTECHNIC (AKPOLY) RELEASES ND ADMISSION FORM FOR THE 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION

The management of Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua, has commenced the registration process for its 2025/2026 Post-UTME Screening Exercise for National Diploma (ND) Full-Time programmes.

Eligibility Criteria

Prospective candidates must:

1. Choose Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic as their first choice institution.

2. Score a minimum of 100 in the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).

3. Possess at least five (5) O’Level credit passes in relevant subjects obtained in not more than two sittings.

4. Be at least 16 years of age by 30th September 2025.

Application Process

1. Visit the Polytechnic’s website at: www.akwaibompoly.edu.ng

2. Click on “Online Application”, then generate a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) using:

   • JAMB Registration Number

   • Full Name

   • Phone Number

3. Proceed to any commercial bank to pay a non-refundable application fee of ₦2,000, inclusive of bank charges.

4. Return to the portal to complete and submit the application form.

5. Print the acknowledgement slip as proof of successful registration.

Required Uploads on the Portal

• JAMB slip showing candidate’s photograph

• JAMB online result

• Other relevant academic credentials

• Valid scratch card for WAEC/NECO result verification

Candidates must also upload their WAEC/NECO results to both JAMB and Polytechnic portals.

Important Notes

• Screening date will be announced at a later time.

• Results of the screening will be published accordingly.

• Closing date for registration: Wednesday, August 20, 2025
