AKWA IBOM STATE POLYTECHNIC (AKPOLY) RELEASES HND ADMISSION FORM FOR THE 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION

The management of Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua has officially announced the commencement of application into its Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session.

Suitably qualified candidates are invited to apply for the two-year HND programmes across the following schools and departments.

B. SCHOOL OF BUSINESS AND MANAGEMENT STUDIES

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must:

1. Possess a National Diploma (ND) in a relevant discipline from an NBTE-accredited institution with at least Lower Credit.

2. Candidates with Pass in ND may be considered if they show evidence of at least two years post-ND industrial experience.

3. Meet the minimum entry requirements for the ND programme and have completed the mandatory one-year Industrial Training (IT).

METHOD OF APPLICATION

1. Visit the official portal: https://www.akwaibompoly.edu.ng

2. Generate an invoice by entering your full name and phone number.

3. Proceed to any commercial bank with your invoice (containing an RRR number) and pay ₦10,000 to obtain an e-PIN.

4. Use the e-PIN to access the application form on the portal. Navigate to “Admissions > Application Forms”, choose your programme, and fill out the form accordingly.

5. Upload the following documents:

Industrial Attachment (IT) Letter (1 year)

ND Statement of Result or Official Transcript

Photocopy of Payment Receipt

Application Deadline: August 20, 2025

Screening Date: To be announced. Applicants will be expected to present original copies of all credentials during physical screening.
