RIVERS STATE UNIVERSITY (RSU) RELEASES POST-UTME/DIRECT ENTRY ADMISSION FORM FOR THE 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION

Rivers State University (RSU), Nkpolu-Oroworukwo, has commenced registration for its Post-UTME and Direct Entry screening exercise for the 2025/2026 academic session.

The University invites candidates who selected RSU as their first-choice institution in the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and have received relevant notifications from JAMB to apply.

Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants must have scored a minimum of 190 in the UTME.

Possession of five (5) O’level credit passes in subjects relevant to their chosen field is mandatory, as specified in the JAMB brochure.

Candidates awaiting O’level results may apply, but must indicate their status during registration.

Registration Guidelines:

All applicants are to register online via the official website: www.rsu.edu.ng.

Payments should be made using Interswitch Verve-enabled cards.

Candidates are encouraged to use the University’s ICT Centre for reliable registration and biometric verification.

Accuracy in inputting personal and academic details is crucial during registration.

Screening Details:

The screening exercise will be computer-based, and candidates are advised to familiarize themselves with using a mouse and keyboard.

Venue: RSU’s Information Communication and Technology Centre (ICTC).

Registration Window: Monday, 14th July to Saturday, 16th August 2025.

Screening Date: Begins Monday, 25th August 2025.

Each candidate’s specific date, time, and venue will be indicated on the screening test slip printed after registration.

Important Notices:

Latecomers will not be admitted; strict adherence to schedule is required.

Parents, guardians, and well-wishers are not permitted within the screening premises.
