
AYOBAMI THE MISSING LASU STUDENT FOUND SAFE AT DALEKO POLICE STATION
There was widespread relief on Wednesday as Adeoti Ayobami Anu, a student of Lagos State University (LASU), who had earlier been declared missing, was found safe and in good condition.

Reports indicate that the student was located at the Daleko Police Station, where she is currently receiving support from school authorities, family members, and concerned friends. She was last seen around 10:00 a.m. on Monday, prompting worry and a coordinated effort to find her.

According to the PRO Samuel Johnson, Ayobami is hale and hearty and was not harmed during her time away. He expressed gratitude to members of the LASU community and the general public for their swift response, support, and prayers throughout the ordeal.
“We thank everyone who reached out, prayed, and shared information. Your efforts contributed greatly to this positive outcome,” Johnson stated.
The GHOC, Ogundero Tomiwa, confirmed the student’s wellbeing and urged the community to remain calm and assured.
In his remarks, the GHOC, Ogundero Tomiwa, expressed appreciation to the university’s leadership for their swift intervention. “We sincerely thank our Director, Professor Adeogun, and the Assistant Director, Dr. Ganiyu (GWHITE), for their effective coordination through the Sandwich Directorate during this period. We also acknowledge the unwavering support of the Dean of Student Affairs, Professor Fatai Abatan,” he said.
