BENUE STATE COLLEGE OF HEALTH TECHNOLOGY AGASHA (BSCHTA) SECURES NBTE ACCREDITATION FOR 4 NEW ACADEMIC PROGRAMMES
Benue State College of Health Technology, Agasha (BSCHTA), has been granted approval by the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) to commence National Diploma programs in Community Health, Public Health Technology, Epidemiology and Disease Control, and Environmental Health Technology. The prestigious institution has also been granted recognition to operate as a monotechnic institution by NBTE. This marks the 7th accredited program under the leadership of Dr. Daniel Vershima Zar within two years at the helm. The accredited programs include:

– 1. Pharmacy Technician
– 2. SIWES
– 3. National Diploma in Community Health
– 4. National Diploma in Public Health*
– 5. National Diploma in Epidemiology and Disease Control
– 6. National Diploma in Environmental Health
– 7. Institutional Accreditation
The management, staff, and students of our prestigious institution express immense appreciation to His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Benue State, Rev. Fr. Dr. Hyacinth Iormem Alia, for his immeasurable support. We also appreciate the Benue State Hon. Commissioner for Health and Human Services, Dr. Yanmar Ortese, and the diligent Governing Council Chairman, Dr. Barnabas B. Vangerwua, who has committed all his resources to moving the institution forward. The institution is further engaged in discussions with the Medical Laboratory Science Council and NBTE for accreditation of additional programs, including:

– National Diploma in Health Education and Promotion
