BENUE STATE UNIVERSITY (BSU) RELEASES POSTGRADUATE PROGRAMMES ADMISSION LIST FOR THE 2024/2025 ACADEMIC SESSION

RELEASE OF ADMISSIONS INTO POSTGRADUATE PROGRAMMES FOR THE 2024/2025 ACADEMIC SESSION

This is to inform all candidates who applied for admission into the postgraduate programmes of the Benue State University, Makurdi for the 2024/2025 academic session that the list of successful candidates has been released.

2). Candidates are to confirm their admission status on the Benue State University portal by paying a non-refundable Admission Verification fee of three thousand (N3,000.00) naira only using the e-payment procedure.

3). Successful candidates are to pay an acceptance fee of twenty-five thousand (N25,000.00) naira only using the e-payment procedure.

4). Successful candidates should revisit the Benue State University portal and print out admission letter, acceptance form.

5). The Guidelines on E-PAYMENT are as follows:

(i) Visit https://portal.bsum.edu.ng/app_payment

(ii) Enter your PG Registration Number and Click on Confirm Details Button

(iii) Scroll Down and select Admission Checking from Payment Category;

(iv) Click on “Generate Invoice” to generate payment number.

(v) Click on link to proceed.

THERE ARE TWO PAYMENT OPTIONS:

(a) CASH PAYMENTS AT BANK:

Before proceeding to the bank, Click on Pay Cash at the Bank Button and printout your Payment Reference Number slip and take it to the bank for Payment. On receipt of cash from you, the Bank using “College Pay” will process your transaction and generate Payment Receipt for you. Visit any commercial Bank nation-wide to make payment.

(b) PAYMENT USING QUICKTELLER FROM THE INTERNET:

Click on Pay on www.Quickteller.com Button. This will navigate you to www.quickteller.com/bsum to complete your transaction. On getting to this page carefully follow the under listed steps;

1. Insert your PG application number
2. Insert your email and mobile number and click “continue”

iii. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete your payment

1. Print out the payment confirmation slip
2. Return to the portal and print out a payment receipt

6). Registration of fresh candidates commences from Wednesday, 30th April, 2025 to Friday, 31st May, 2025
