UNIVERSITY OF MAIDUGURI (UNIMAID) ANNOUNCES RAMADAN OFFICE HOURS ADJUSTMENTS
The University of Maiduguri has announced a change in its official working hours in observance of the holy month of Ramadan.
According to a circular issued by the Office of the Registrar, the new working hours will be from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Mondays to Thursdays, and 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Fridays.
The adjustment, which is aimed at accommodating the fasting schedule of Muslim staff and students, takes effect immediately.
Staff members are advised to adjust their schedules accordingly and adhere to the new timings.
The university management thanked staff for their cooperation and understanding in this matter.
The new working hours will remain in effect throughout the Ramadan period.
