It was a day of success filled with emotions as the Lagos State University College of Medicine (LASUCOM) observed an epic Induction ceremony on Thursday 13th of June, 2024 to welcome and unveil her 18th and 8th Set Of Medical Doctors and Dental Surgeons into the medical profession.

This beautiful event was held at the MRC auditorium with esteemed guests like the Lagos State Commissioner for Health – Prof. Akin Abayomi, Commissioner Tertiary Education – Mr. Tolani Sule Akibu, the Chairperson LASUCOM Court of Governors – Dr. Julianah O. Lawson, College executives and other important dignitaries from the Ministries of Health & Tertiary Education, Medical and Dental Council and proud parents.
Today’s induction ceremony marks not just the end of a chapter, but the beginning of a promising future for these 81 graduates from the College of Medicine at LASU. As they step into the world as healthcare professionals, their journey of healing, compassion, and excellence begins.
