Police arrests a 300L UNIJOS student in connection with the death of his fellow 300-level medical student

Update: Faisal Dahiru, a student at the University of Jos, has been arrested in connection with the death of his fellow 300-level medical student, Abdul Sallam.

The incident unfolded following allegations that Faisal (the suspect) had provided N30,000.00 to Abdul Sallam (the victim), purportedly as a bribe to a laboratory technician, aiming to secure a favorable grade in their exams. Despite this alleged arrangement, Faisal did not achieve the desired outcome in his exam.

Subsequently, it was gathered that Faisal planned an ambush against Abdul Sallam, resulting to severe injuries to the victim and was rushed to the university’s clinic for medical attention but unfortunately died shortly thereafter.
