
AMBROSE ALLI UNIVERSITY (AAU) ISSUES FINAL DIRECTIVE ON 2023/2024 RESULT UPLOAD AND 2024/2025 COURSE REGISTRATION
Ambrose Alli University (AAU), Ekpoma, has announced a final window for the upload of results and course registration activities pertaining to the 2023/2024 academic session. This update was contained in an internal memorandum issued from the Office of the Acting Registrar and approved by the Acting Vice-Chancellor, Professor Sunday Olowo Samuel.
According to the notice, the decision comes as a response to widespread student appeals and reflects the administration’s commitment to ensuring that no student is unduly delayed, while also adhering to its one-time result release policy for each session.
Late Course Registration for 2023/2024 Academic Session
- Duration: Monday, 23rd June – Friday, 27th June, 2025
- Requirements:
- Students must pay the university-approved late registration fee.
- All registration must be conducted via the ICT Directorate.
- Students are expected to work with their respective Heads of Department (HODs) to ensure that their academic scores are submitted to ICT no later than Friday, 27th June, 2025.
It is important to note that only courses with submitted departmental results by the stated deadline will be recognized. Any course without submitted results will be deemed unregistered, and affected students will need to re-register those courses in the 2024/2025 session.
Heads of Department have been encouraged to treat the matter with urgency and show compassionate consideration for students concerned.
2024/2025 Course Registration Now Open
In addition to the above, the portal for regular registration for the 2024/2025 academic session is now officially open to students at all levels.
- Portal Closure Date: Friday, 27th June, 2025
Students are reminded that:
- The registration portal will close strictly on the stated date and will only reopen for second semester registration.
- Only students who complete their registration will be eligible to take part in university examinations—both Computer-Based Examinations (CBE) and Pen-and-Paper formats.
- Departmental examination attendance sheets will be automatically generated based on students who successfully register on the portal.
