NORTHWEST UNIVERSITY KANO INTRODUCES INSTALLMENT PAYMENT OPTION FOR REGISTRATION CHARGES
In a strategic move to promote inclusive access to higher education, Northwest University Kano (NWUK) has announced the implementation of a flexible installment payment plan for registration charges, specifically targeting Kano State indigene students. This initiative is part of the University’s broader commitment to supporting students’ academic journeys by reducing financial barriers.
According to a statement signed by Mr. Abubakar Ibrahim, Head of the Public Relations Unit, eligible students now have two payment options:
-
Full Payment of the registration charges.
-
Installment Plan, which allows students to pay 50% upfront, with the remaining 50% scheduled for payment at a later date.
This payment flexibility is now available through the University’s official portal and is expected to benefit a significant number of students who face financial difficulties, thereby promoting uninterrupted academic engagement.
University management emphasizes that this initiative aligns with ongoing efforts to ensure that all deserving students from Kano State can access quality education without undue financial stress.
Students interested in utilizing the installment payment option are encouraged to log in to the University portal and follow the outlined procedures.
For any further inquiries or assistance, students may contact the Bursary Department, the ICT Directorate, or the Public Relations Unit.
